We Care
Since we first planned the construction of Pousada Burundanga our goal was to help the development of the sustainable tourism in Itacaré. Our initiatives include: preservation of the native trees in the area, development of a special sewer treatment, power saving, make sure to use local staff and providers. Moreover, we support social institutions and proudly develop handicrafts made with natural and recycled materials.

Pousada Burundanga 
This Itacaré hotel was named after a river in Itacaré region called Burundanga. However it has a different meaning for us: lifestyle and pleasure. The Pousada Burundanga has a rustic style and is a resting place where you can feel the real nature. We are in the middle of the Atlantic Rain Forest and surrounded by charming scenery.
The Pousada Burundanga has a passionate atmosphere and is best suited for couples, as it doesn’t offer a structure to please the kids. The infrastructure includes a attractive swimming pool, a calm environment for readings and massages, a pleasant breakfast area, and a cozy living room to watch movies.
The rooms of Pousada Burundanga are named after a flower of the region and they are marvelously decorated to ensure you have a delightful and special vacation. All suites are equipped with closet, balcony and hammock, refrigerator, bathroom with shower and hair drier, air conditioner, ceiling fan, coffee maker, cable TV and an umbrella.
